By downloading or using Repito ("the app"), these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Service Description
Repito is a fitness and rep-counting application that uses AI pose detection to count push-ups and squats. The app provides workout tracking, streaks, leaderboards, friend challenges, adaptive training programs, and related features. The app may include both free and premium features accessible through subscription.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, including trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to Repito, belong to Paweł Gładysz. You are not permitted to:
- Copy or modify the app
- Attempt to extract the source code
- Create derivative versions
- Translate the app without authorization
- Use the app's content for commercial purposes
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- One account per user is allowed
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Subscription and Payments
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- All purchases are final and non-refundable as per store policies
- Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
Workout Data and Progress
- The app stores your workout progress, rep counts, streaks, and preferences
- We reserve the right to reset or modify progress data for technical or operational reasons
- Users are responsible for backing up any personal content
- Account deletion will result in the loss of all stored data
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems
- Interfere with other users' experience
- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated means to inflate rep counts, streaks, or leaderboard position
Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will always be available or error-free
- Features will remain unchanged
- Defects will be corrected
Fitness Disclaimer
Repito is a workout tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You use the app at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury or harm resulting from the use of Repito.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update the app
- Change subscription prices with notice
- Modify these terms
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Repito immediately if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Misuse the service
